Mario Seccareccia is Professor Emeritus at the Department of Economics, University of Ottawa, where he taught from 1978 to 2018 in the fields of macroeconomics, monetary theory, labour economics, history of economic thought, and economic history, subjects on which he has also written extensively. He has published more than 130 academic articles in scientific refereed journals or chapters of books, and has authored or edited a dozen books. He has also edited or co-edited some 50 special issues of journals. Many of these publications are of an interdisciplinary nature and cover many areas of political economy. Mario Seccareccia has been visiting professor in a number of universities in France (Université de Bourgogne, Université de Grenoble, Université Paris 13, and Université Paris-Sud) and in Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), and participates regularly in policy debate in both Europe and North America. Among other activities, since 2004, he is editor of the International Journal of Political Economy.
Sergio Rossi is Full Professor of Economics at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, where he holds the Chair of Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics since 2005. He has a PhD degree in Economics of the University of Fribourg (1996) and a PhD degree in Economics of the University College London (2000). His research interests are in macroeconomic analysis, particularly as regards national as well as international monetary and financial issues. He has authored or edited about 30 books including an Encyclopaedia of Central Banking (soon in its second edition) and the Encyclopaedia of Post-Keynesian Economics, has widely published in academic journals, and is frequently invited to TV talk-shows discussing contemporary macroeconomic issues at both national and international level. He is a member of the editorial boards of Cogent Economics and Finance, International Journal of Monetary Economics and Finance, and Review of Political Economy. Marc Lavoie is Professor emeritus at both the University of Ottawa and the University of Sorbonne Paris Nord (Paris 13). His main fields of research are monetary economics, growth theory and macroeconomics, with forays in language economics and the economics of sports. He is best known for his book on the stock-flow consistent approach, Monetary Economics (2007), co-authored with Wynne Godley, and for his books on post-Keynesian economic theory, notably Post-Keynesian Economics: New Foundations, now in its second edition (2022), and whose first edition received the 2017 Joan Robinson prize awarded by the European Association of Evolutionary Political Economy.
Wesley Marshall has his undergraduate degree in government from the
College of William and Mary. He received his doctorate in Latin
American Studies from the National Autonomous University of Mexico
(UNAM) and completed postdoctorate studies at the Faculty of Economics
of the UNAM. Since 2009 he has been a professor-researcher in the
Political Economy Area of the Department of Economics at the UAM -
Iztapalapa, where he is currently responsible for the Center for
Financial and Economic Studies of North America. He is a member of the
national system of researchers, the Mexican Academy of Political
Economy and the Mexican Academy of Science. He is a member of the
Editorial Board of the Review of Political Economy and Ola Financiera,
and is associate editor of the International Journal of Political
Economy. He is author of the book México desbancado: causes and
consequences of the loss of the national bank.
Maria Cristina Barbieri Góes is currently an assistant professor at the University of Bergamo a member of the editorial board of the Review of Political Economy. She holds a PhD in Economics from Roma Tre University, a MA in International Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, and a MA in Economic Analysis and Policy from the University Sorbonne Paris Cité. Her research up to today has focused on post-Keynesian Economics, growth theory, fiscal and monetary policies, income distribution, and applied macroeconomics. Her scientific contributions have appeared in: Economia Politica, Economic Modelling, Review of Keynesian Economics, Review of Political Economy, and Structural Change and Economic Dynamics.
Ettore Gallo is currently Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Bari and Economic Advisor at the OECD, as part of a joint task force between the organization and the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Review of Political Economy. He obtained a PhD in Economics from the New School for Social Research, in cotutelle with Sapienza University of Rome. His research focuses on theories of growth and distribution, nonlinear dynamics and ecological economics. His work has appeared in the Cambridge Journal of Economics, Economia Politica, Review of Keynesian Economics, Review of Political Economy, and Structural Change and Economic Dynamics.
Domenica Tropeano is Associate Professor at the University of Macerata Italy. She has a Msc from the university of Warwick (UK) and a Phd from the European University Institute. She teaches courses on Financial Crises, Monetary Policy and International Economics. Her more recent book is Financial Regulation in the European Union after the crisis A Minskian approach (Routledge 2018). She has published several articles and chapters in collected books. She serves on the Editorial Board of the Review of Political Economy.
